Mission Statement
Our two-fold mission is to help suppliers of industrial
and contractor supplies grow their market share among our distributor
network across North America, while simultaneously helping distributors
grow their net profit margin. Membership is open to all industrial supplies
distributors and contractor supplies distributors. We are supported by a
very broad range of manufacturers and wholesalers offering a tremendous
variety of products at competitive price for our members.
Pure and Simple
We have realized remarkable growth since our founding in
September, 2002. We attribute this success to the general appeal of our
"pure and simple" buying group model. Our focus on our primary mission
enables us to bring the benefits of a buying group to our
distributors and suppliers without interfering in their businesses. NetPlus
distributors work directly with our suppliers, purchase superior products
from leading manufacturers at a competitive price and earn rebates for their purchases
that go directly to their bottom line - all without
losing control of any aspect of their business.
Best of all, joining our distributor alliance is simple
and risk-free. A
low, one-time application fee is all any distributor ever pays to be a member of
our distributor network.
There are no annual dues or hidden fees. There are no minimum purchasing
requirements to maintain good standing as a NetPlus
member. All member purchases from NetPlus
suppliers earn rebates, regardless of the level at which a member is prepared
to grow their business. So the more product they buy through NetPlus Alliance,
the more rebate they earn.
NetPlus Alliance
also helps industrial and contractor supplies distributors network together for their
common good. Through our Inventory Exchange program, members help each
other to fill orders for non-stocked products. We hold a low cost meeting
each year within the Industrial Supply Association's convention, to allow
our distributors and manufacturers to meet with each other, to network with other
industry contacts, and to participate in the ISA's educational programs.
And we provide the tools and assistance participants need to locate and contact
those distributors and manufacturers best equipped to help them meet the
needs of their customers.
