Our Model — Proven
When we formed NETPLUS ALLIANCE in September of 2002, we focused on what
should be the primary goals of a buying group: To grow the market share of
participating suppliers while improving the net profitability of members.
Our phenomenal growth in three years assures us that our focus was correct. All our members have one thing in common: they are
committed to improving their profitability by supporting the manufacturers
and suppliers that are part of NETPLUS.
Simplicity
By staying focused on our primary role, we present a very straightforward
model that makes it easy for suppliers to work with NETPLUS ALLIANCE:

Distributors identify themselves as NETPLUS members during account set up.

Throughout the year, suppliers track their sales to each NETPLUS member.

Quarterly, suppliers report the total sales to each member, and pay the
rebate owed for these sales.

At the end of the year, we review these reports with our members and work
with our suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.

Experience
The founders and managers of NETPLUS ALLIANCE drew from
life-long experience in industrial distribution to arrive at a model for a
buying group we knew would work.
Along the way, we have developed effective proprietary
systems and procedures to manage and disseminate the contact and
purchasing information that is the lifeblood of a buying group. We are
involved every day with our distributors. We understand their needs, and
are committed to pulling them together into an effective buying group.
